Jacques A. Desplaces (MD & Chairman)
Jacques A. Desplaces is the founder of GMS (1977–2007), Gulmar Offshore (1998–2006) and of the Navtec Group (2007–present). He has served as Managing Director and Chairman of the Company since inception.
Steve C. Haro (COO & Director)
Steve C. Haro joined as an engineer trainee in 2007 and has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Navtec Group since 2022, and as a Director since 2025. He holds an MSc in Offshore & Naval Architecture from ENSTA Bretagne (2009) and an Executive MBA from INSEAD (2018).
Pierre-Edouard Mulliez (CFO & Director)
Pierre-Edouard Mulliez joined as Chief Financial Officer of the Navtec Group in 2009 and has served as a Director since 2025. He holds an MBA from Grenoble École de Management and an Executive MBA from NTU (Nanyang Technological University Singapore, 2015).
